By booking me as your personal trainer, I will provide a one-on-one consultation with you where we will talk about fitness goals, workout settings, and any physical concerns. Then I will build a completely personalized 4, 6, or 12-week workout program based on your goals and needs. Weekly check-ins through the app, TrainerFu, will ensure that any issues are addressed and progress is kept on track.
