Our bodies are designed to move; otherwise, we wouldn’t have this many joins in our bodies. This challenge was designed by me and a group of colleagues to provide a variety of workouts for you to pick from.
My focus was on strength and mobility, two amazing abilities of our bodies that are crucial to our longevity and health.
